Diana has long since believed in straight talking. Your initial consultation, which takes place at her consulting rooms near Guildford in Surrey is free. During this consultation your problem will be discussed and the process of hypnotherapy will be explained. You will also be given plenty of opportunity to ask any questions you may have and no question is viewed as ‘silly’. Diana will then explain how your problem will be resolved. Should she feel she cannot help you she will tell you.

The first session will last for approximately one and a quarter hours but subsequent sessions are hourly.

Clients often ask, what does hypnotherapy feel like? One client has recently described it as follows:

‘Once the session began, I soon found myself relaxing into Diana’s famous ‘reclining chair’ and began to drift off into a ‘day dreamy’ state. My mind slowly began to wander and I became more and more relaxed, yet I could hear everything Diana was saying to me, and was aware of any sensations I was experiencing. It felt like I was able to drift yet was fully conscious and in control of my drifting and experiences.
